Job description

Übernahme des 2st- und 3rd-Level-Supports mittels Ticketsystem sowie des Monitorings Konfiguration und Betreuung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur Implementierung und konzipieren VDI-Rollouts zum Beispiel VMWare im Kundenauftrag Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs, inkl. Analyse und Behebung von Störungen Betreuung von Kundenprojekten sowie Schnittstelle zu den anderen Fachabteilungen

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Windows Servern Sehr gut Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft-Server und in der VMware-Administration Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine gute Kommunikation
