Job description

Durchführung von System- und Softwareinstallationen, inklusive Übernahme der Betreuung von Anwendern sowie die Bearbeitung von Tickets Bereitstellung, Überwachung und Dokumentation von Serversystemen sowie die Klassifizierung und Behebung von Störungen Betreuung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur sowie von Soft- und Hardwarekomponenten Wartung, Pflege und Betreuung von ERP-Schnittstellen und Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems des Weiteren Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen Erste Berufserfahrungen aus dem IT-Bereich sowie in der Einrichtung, Administration und Anwendung von ERP-Systemen wünschenswert Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt sowie eine kunden- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
