Job description

Verantwortung für die Gestaltung von agilen Projektteams und Implementierungen Erhalt und Ausbau der Leistungsfähigkeit des Teams Moderation von Sprints, inklusive Gestaltung und Verbesserung der Arbeitsweise und Prozesse der IT-Infrastruktur Schnittstelle für das Scrum Team zu Fachabteilungen und Erstellung von Reports

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik / Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master in cross-funktionalen Teams wünschenswert Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen sowie Erfahrung mit skalierten Frameworks (LeSS / Nexus) von Vorteil Teamplayer und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
