Job description

Eigenständige Betreuung des IT-Helpdesks im 1st und 2nd Level-Support Monitoring und Dokumentation von Hardware- und Softwarekonfigurationen im Serverbereich Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Backups und Pflege der Datenbanken Administration und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Server-Infrastruktur sowie Gewährleistung der IT-Sicherheit Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Durchführung von IT-Projekten

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Informatik Erste Erfahrungen in der IT-Administration Sicherer Umgang mit Windows-Anwendungen sowie Kenntnisse in VMWare ESX, Datacore Storage und Veritas-Backup von Vorteil Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denkvermögen Serviceorientiere Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
