Job description

Umfangreiche Kundenbetreuung und -beratung während des gesamten Projektes Analyse bestehender Prozesse, Informationssysteme und Testaktivitäten Überwachung und Anpassung der Softwaresysteme zur Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeiter und Kunden Überwachung des Projektfortschrittes sowie deren Dokumentation

Requirements

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung Erste Berufserfahrung mit ERP-Systemen Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung Technisches Grundverständnis in Bezug auf EDV-Systeme und Softwareanwendungen Analytisches Denkvermögen Teamfähigkeit
