Senior Systems Technical Analyst

Seeking a Senior Systems Technical Analyst with strong experience in application, system, and platform integrations. The role will bridge business and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and supporting scalable, reliable solutions, with a focus on Business Process Management (BPM) and system integrations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Analyze and document system integrations, data flows, workflows, and dependencies.

Define functional and technical requirements, integration specifications, data mappings, and interface designs.

Support integration patterns including APIs, batch/file integrations, ODBC/database integrations, point-to-point, and middleware interfaces .

Support BPM activities including workflow design, process modeling, orchestration, and system interactions.

Develop working knowledge of orchestration tools such as Airflow , including scheduling, dependencies, monitoring, and error handling.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, QA, and project teams throughout the SDLC.

Support SIT/UAT , validate data flows, and troubleshoot integration and data issues across environments.

Perform root-cause analysis and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and issue logs.

Contribute to continuous improvement and Agile delivery practices.

7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role.

Strong experience with system integrations, end-to-end data flows, APIs, file-based integrations, databases, and SQL .

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration designs.

Experience with SIT/UAT and Agile development environments .

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Confluence, Jira, and qTest .

Ability to quickly learn and work with new platforms, tools, and technologies.

Experience in financial services, investment management, or banking is preferred.
