• QA/QC Personnel - Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
• Assistant Superintendents - Support site management, subcontractor coordination, and scheduling.
• Superintendents - Oversee field operations, safety compliance, and construction execution.
• Construction Manager - Elevator and Clerestory experience.
• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Professionals - Manage critical building systems and subcontractors.
• Commissioning (CxA) Team Members - Support equipment/system testing and verification.
• Assistant Project Managers - Help manage timelines, budgets, and documentation.
• Project Managers - Lead large-scale data center projects from start to finish.
• Project Scheduler - P6 experience

• Experience in commercial or industrial construction (data center experience )
• Willingness to travel (for select roles)
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant certifications ( but not required for some positions)
