Vor-Ort- und Remote-Support im Hard- und Softwarebereich Einrichtung und Wartung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen, Druckern und Netzwerken Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur und Dokumentation Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten
Requirements
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich Erfahrung im technischen Support wünschenswert Kundenfreundlichkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Systemen und Netzwerktechnik
