Job description

Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des 10-köpfigen Entwicklungsteams im Front- und Backend Bereich Steuerung aller relevanten Entwicklungsprozesse inkl. Übernahme der Schnittstellenfunktion zu den Fachbereichen Analyse der Softwarebedarfe sowie die Konzeptionierung komplexer Softwarelösungen Budgetplanung und -verantwortung Begleitung von Migrationen und Software-Implementierungen Optimierung der internen Prozesse und Übernahme der Projektleitung im Rahmen von IT- und Entwicklungsprojekten

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung Erste Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition Sehr gute Kenntnisse im .NET-Umfeld sowie gute Kenntnisse in C#, WPF und ASP Erfahrungen im Umgang mit der Atlassian Toolkette Gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrungen in der Projektleitung im Rahmen von Softwareentwicklungen Organisationstalent sowie Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke
