Job description

Übernahme der Beschaffung und Installation von Hard- und Software-Systemen, inklusive Durchführung des Anwendersupports Analyse und Behebung von Systemstörungen sowie die Durchführung von Systemtests und Instandhaltung von Netzwerkapplikationen Implementierung von Workflows sowie die Überprüfung eingeführter Funktionalitäten Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Informatikkaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen Erste Berufserfahrungen in der Umsetzung fachspezifischer Inhalte oder in der Netzwerkadministration wünschenswert Kenntnisse in der Installation von Hard- und Software-Systemen sowie in der Durchführung von Tests Zuverlässige und kooperative Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
