Oracle Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Program Manager to lead complex supply chain and warehouse management implementations. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between client business/IT stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring seamless execution, robust program governance, and successful go-lives., * Program Planning & Roadmap: Lead end-to-end program planning, including scope definition, work breakdown structures (WBS), milestone tracking, and integrated delivery roadmaps.

• Stakeholder & Governance Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership; run steering committees, status meetings, and establish strong program governance (reporting, escalation paths).
• RAID Management: Proactively track and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) across all project workstreams.
• Global Team Coordination: Direct and synchronize onshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure alignment, smooth handoffs, and optimal time-zone overlap coverage.
• Solution & Architecture Oversight: Own solution architecture sign-offs in collaboration with technical leads, ensuring end-to-end integration designs satisfy business requirements.
• Change & Interdependency Management: Manage interdependencies and change requests while rigorously assessing impacts on scope, cost, and schedule.
• Testing & Go-Live Readiness: Oversee testing phases (SIT, UAT) and drive go-live readiness, cutover planning, and post-implementation hypercare support.
• Operations & Compliance: Track budgets, resource utilization, delivery KPIs, and ensure adherence to client security, compliance, and quality standards.

• Core Expertise: Deep, hands-on background in Oracle WMS (Warehouse Management System) and Oracle SCM (Supply Chain Management).
• Platform Knowledge: Extensive experience with Oracle R12 modules and architecture.
• Program Leadership: Proven track record of managing enterprise-level Oracle implementations using structured RAID and governance frameworks.
• Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders, facilitate technical discussions, and bridge business-IT gaps.
