Principal Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities * Define enterprise architecture, technical standards, and best practices. * Lead architecture and design of cloud-native, distributed systems. * Drive cross-functional technical initiatives and architectural governance. * Mentor engineers and support technology decision-making. * Evaluate emerging technologies and build proof-of-concepts. * Ensure application scalability, security, reliability, and performance. * Champion CI/CD, TDD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications * Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 12+ years of software development, architecture, or technical leadership experience. * Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern web architectures. * Experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, MongoDB, SQL, Kafka, and Redis. * Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms, security, and performance optimization. * Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams. * Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred.
