Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs from concept through final approval. Design responsive experiences that perform seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design intent is accurately translated into the final website. Work within project requirements, timelines, and established brand guidelines. Apply UX and conversion optimization principles to improve usability and user engagement. Organize and maintain clean, scalable design systems and project files. Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining design quality and consistency. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Qualifications

3 to 4 years of professional experience in web design. Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, responsive websites that have been launched successfully. Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and design systems. Strong understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first design principles. Solid knowledge of user experience (UX), user interface (UI), and conversion-focused design. Experience designing websites for Shopify and WordPress platforms. Familiarity with website structure, layouts, and theme customization from a designer’s perspective. Understanding of accessibility best practices, including color contrast, typography, navigation, and inclusive design. Excellent visual design skills, including typography, spacing, composition, color theory, and hierarchy. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a remote team. Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating design systems and reusable UI component libraries. Familiarity with website analytics or conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to facilitate collaboration with developers. Experience working in a digital agency or managing multiple client brands simultaneously. Knowledge of current web design trends, interaction patterns, and emerging UX best practices. What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a designer who combines creativity with strategic thinking. The ideal candidate understands that great web design goes beyond aesthetics. It creates intuitive experiences, supports business objectives, and helps users accomplish their goals effortlessly. If you’re passionate about crafting thoughtful digital experiences and enjoy working on a wide variety of projects, we’d love to hear from you.
