Senior Full-Stack Mobile Engineer (React Native + TypeScript)

• Design, develop, and deploy React Native applications for iOS and Android using TypeScript.
• Implement offline-first architecture, including local storage, background synchronization, sync queues, and conflict resolution.
• Develop backend APIs and services using Node.js, TypeScript, Prisma ORM, and PostgreSQL.
• Build and maintain web applications using React.js, TanStack Query, and TypeScript.
• Integrate maps, GPS, geolocation, camera, and photo capture functionalities.
• Develop reusable components, shared business logic, and validation schemas across mobile, web, and backend.
• Manage mobile application releases, CI/CD pipelines, App Store and Google Play deployments.
• Implement automated testing, performance optimization, error monitoring, and application maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and independently make technical architecture decisions.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Mobile Engineer with strong expertise in React Native, TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, Offline-First Architecture, PostgreSQL, and API Development.

The successful candidate will lead the development of a cross-platform mobile application for iOS and Android, supporting an agricultural platform designed for field teams working in areas with limited or no internet connectivity.

The role requires hands-on experience in mobile application development, offline data synchronization, backend services, database management, and React-based web applications.

Candidates must be comfortable owning the complete development lifecycle, from database and backend development to mobile application deployment and production support., * 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years of React Native development.

• Strong hands-on experience with React Native, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js.
• Proven experience developing and publishing at least one production application to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Strong experience with offline-first mobile applications, including SQLite, WatermelonDB, or similar local databases.
• Experience implementing background synchronization, offline storage, retry mechanisms, and conflict resolution.
• Solid backend development experience with API design, PostgreSQL, SQL, database migrations, authentication, and permissions.
• Experience with Prisma ORM, TanStack Query, or equivalent technologies.
• Familiarity with native iOS/Android development tools, Xcode, Gradle, and mobile release processes.
• Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing.
• Strong problem-solving, architecture design, and written English communication skills., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 6+ years in software engineering and 3+ years in React Native development.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade mobile applications and full-stack solutions.

Preferred Experience & Technologies

• MapLibre, Mapbox, GeoJSON, GPS, and offline maps.
• oRPC/tRPC, TanStack Start, Zod, and Microsoft SSO.
• Sentry, OTA updates, CI/CD, and mobile performance optimization.
• Experience in Agritech, Agriculture, Logistics, Supply Chain, ERP, or Field Workforce Applications.
• Experience working in remote, distributed engineering teams.
