APIGee Developer

Lead moderately complex technical initiatives and deliverables within API and integration platforms. Provide technical expertise in Apigee, IBM DataPower, API development, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and production troubleshooting. Support and drive the successful migration of APIs from DataPower to Apigee, ensuring platform stability and operational excellence. Partner closely with business and technology teams to resolve issues, address escalations, and deliver reliable solutions. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve moderately complex technical and operational challenges. Work with engineering and product teams to modernize the API ecosystem, accelerate delivery of strategic business objectives, and reduce operational risk. Lead projects, act as an escalation point for critical issues, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Engage with stakeholders and partner teams to ensure seamless adoption and support of API platform capabilities.

Strong handson experience with Apigee and IBM DataPower platforms. Proven experience in API design, development, security, and lifecycle management. Solid understanding of automation, DevOps practices, and CI/CD implementation. Strong troubleshooting, problemsolving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead initiatives and work effectively across multiple teams and organizations., A BS/BA degree or higher 4 plus years of Software Engineering experience 4 plus years of APIGEE API design and development experience 2 plus Years of Data power Platform experience 4 plus years of Java development experience 2 plus years of Microservices experience 2 plus year of cloud native application development using PCF/AWS/Azure 3 plus years of experience working with Java Script/ JS libraries like Angular/ React/ Vue. 2 plus years of database experience in SQL Server and Mongo DB Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, 5 plus years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
