Data Scientist

Job Title: Data Scientist Location: Chester, New York Pay Range: $100,000 - $135,000 What’s the Job? + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze large datasets for evaluating and enhancing products, services, and customer programs. + Design, test, and implement data-driven solutions including reporting, auditing, and preparing databases for statistical analysis. + Build and deploy machine learning algorithms to develop predictive models that improve customer experience and business outcomes. + Create visualizations and reports to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. + Monitor and optimize model performance, ensuring data accuracy and reliability in production environments. What’s Needed? + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field

Master’s degree preferred. + At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, with proven expertise in machine learning and statistical analysis. + Strong skills in Python, SQL, and database management. + Experience working with data architectures and visualization tools such as OBIEE or Tableau; additional experience with QlikSense or Power BI is a plus. + Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
