Test retail operations workflows such as sales transactions, returns, exchanges, tender types, promotions, loyalty interactions, tax behavior, receipts, inventory updates, and downstream impacts across store, ERP, finance, fulfillment, and reporting processes. Collaborate with Quality Engineers, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and vendor partners to execute process-based testing that spans store operations, ERP, inventory, finance, fulfillment, and reporting platforms. Use AI tools to accelerate test design, exploratory testing, defect analysis, documentation, and test reporting. Learn and apply modern test automation tools and scripting languages to support test execution and reporting.
