UI/UX Designer & Frontend Developer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer and Frontend Developer to join our vibrant team at Shipcom. This full-time position plays a vital role in shaping the user experience of our AIoT platform solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, aesthetically pleasing interfaces and implementing them with modern frontend technologies. Working closely with product managers, backend developers, and stakeholders, you will create seamless, responsive, and engaging user experiences that elevate our platform’s usability and visual appeal. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the design and development of user interfaces from concept to deployment, ensuring that our applications are both functional and visually compelling., * Design and develop user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and highly functional

• Create responsive and adaptive web applications optimized for desktop and mobile devices
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic seamlessly
• Develop reusable code libraries and components to improve development efficiency and consistency
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and enhance user experience
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts
• Work closely with product managers to define design strategies and implement innovative solutions
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide technical feedback during development
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to incorporate best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues to ensure smooth application functionality
• Adhere to project timelines and communicate progress effectively to team members

• At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development for web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD and Figma, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and execution
• Expertise in React, including hooks, state management, and component libraries
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on clean and maintainable code
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling in React
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries to ensure a consistent user experience
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with experience working in Agile teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating engaging user experiences
