IT Programmer Analyst Infor Lawson ERP [REMOTE ROLE] - ITPA 26-14429

We are seeking an experienced IT Programmer Analyst with strong expertise in Infor Lawson ERP application development, programming, and technical support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Lawson 4GL, COBOL, SQL, and ProcessFlow to develop, enhance, and support applications that meet complex business requirements.

The selected candidate will conduct technical and functional analysis, monitor application performance and resources, evaluate existing processes, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency., * Perform moderate to complex technical and functional analysis within assigned application areas.

• Develop, customize, enhance, and maintain Infor Lawson ERP applications based on business and technical requirements.
• Design and implement application solutions using Lawson 4GL, COBOL, SQL, and ProcessFlow.
• Provide application development and technical support for existing Infor Lawson systems.
• Analyze application issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and implement appropriate resolutions.
• Monitor system resources, evaluate application processes, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Analyze historical data and trends to support operational improvements and departmental effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support application testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Ensure application changes align with established technical standards, organizational policies, and procedures.
• Provide technical documentation and support for application enhancements and maintenance activities.
• Assist with other enterprise applications as needed.

• Strong hands-on experience developing applications using Infor Lawson ERP.
• Proficiency in Lawson 4GL, COBOL, SQL, and ProcessFlow.
• Experience developing and customizing Infor Lawson applications to meet complex business requirements.
• Proven experience providing application and technical support for Infor Lawson systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective technical solutions., * Experience supporting and maintaining applications outside the Infor Lawson ERP environment.
• Ability to work across multiple enterprise applications and adapt to changing technical requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
