Job description

EY’s Transformation Architecture and Delivery (TA&D) practice offers a dynamic career path for professionals passionate about solving complex business, technology, and infrastructure challenges. As a Staff, you’ll contribute to transformation initiatives that align with clients’ strategic goals-helping bridge the gap between strategy and execution. Working with experienced team members, you will support the design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks, program management approaches, and value realization structures.

Whether your strengths lie in business strategy or technology delivery, you’ll have the unique opportunity to align with either our TA&D Business or TA&D Technology Strategy team to specialize in the area that best fits you.

TA&D Business: In the TA&D Business practice, you will work with project teams and clients to help plan, design, deliver, and deploy transformative solutions. Your work may include supporting transformation programs through TMO and PMO frameworks, applying Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum, tracking risks and resources across workstreams, and developing governance materials and portfolio analyses. You’ll also contribute to business cases, ideation activities, performance reporting, and client-ready storytelling that help teams deliver measurable value throughout the transformation journey.

In the TA&D Technology Strategy practice, you will support teams as they help clients shape the strategic direction for technology within their organizations. You’ll contribute to operating model and process design, research and analyses involving technologies and concepts such as Artificial Intelligence, DevOps, Cloud, Internet of Things, Robotic Process Automation, and Blockchain, and work across environments such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Cloud, and ERP. You may assist with cost optimization, data modeling, assessments, and process improvement activities that support large-scale IT transformations and create lasting client impact.

  • Willingness and ability to travel and work flexible hours based on client and project needs
