Act as the primary onsite point of contact for business stakeholders, managing incidents, service requests, enhancements, and prioritization across Pricefx applications. Lead production support operations, coordinate with offshore teams, drive root cause analysis, and ensure SLA compliance and service stability. Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to identify process improvements, support pricing initiatives, and oversee releases, testing, and deployment activities.

Strong hands-on experience with Pricefx platform, including configuration, pricing logic, workflows, and integrations. Expertise in pricing strategy, price management, rebates, promotions, and margin optimization processes. Experience in stakeholder management, incident triage, defect resolution, and leading onsite/offshore support teams.

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and middleware platforms. Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, reporting tools, and pricing analytics for business insights and troubleshooting.
