Requirements
- Backend: .Net, C#, .Net framework, RESTful API
- Frontend: React
- Experience with IVR / Contact Center projects, * 8-12 years of hands-on Full Stack developer experience needed * Primary: .Net framework, C#, SQL, WEB API, RESTful services, Web-services, 3rd party APIs, Postman and React (Frontend) * Secondary: experience with IVR/Contact Center projects * Working knowledge Git or version-control software * Familiar with production Azure DevOps environments * Solid design principles & secure coding practices * Oracle DB, SQL tuning, indexing & query costs * Utilize Agile methodology to plan and update status using Jira. * Ability to understand the future Architecture and work with the team to provide required technical direction * Able to make progress in a fast-paced environment with little oversight * Strong verbal/written communication & facilitation skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to understand complex architectures and comfortable working with multiple teams * Strong work ethic and a team player * Ability to conduct performance analysis, capacity management and troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems * Develop MVP User Stories (Re-usable components/ API’s / UI / Mock stubs etc.) * Support backlog creation, prioritization, and Story mapping * Support in technical design and solutioning * Ability to work across tiers - UI development, APIs, databases (basic developer level tasks) * Ability to utilize DevOps CI/CD pipeline, create/configure build and deploy jobs * Experience working in XP and pair programming model and understands and performs TDD * Responsible for assigned task delivery and quality and knowledge transfer * Motivated and energetic engineers who are passionate about software modernization * Must be able to clearly communicate with team members and leadership * Participate in paired programming and XP development * Strong ability to work independently when required * Turn complex ideas into manageable pieces of work * Hands-on, Individual contribution * Support team members on troubleshooting Years of Experience: 8+Years of Experience
