Mandatory Qualifications: Level I- Between three (3) and seven (7) years of experience as a UX Engineer. Five to seven years of experience in UI/UX engineering on full life cycle of design deliverables including wireframes, mockups, journey maps, prototypes, story boards and user surveys. One to two years working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program in various workstreams in a Health and Human Service setting. One to two years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma. One to two years of experience with user research, user modeling and usability testing. One to two years of experience with CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
