Senior SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant (BPC to SAC Migration)

We are seeking a Senior Functional Business Analyst / SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant to support an SAP BPC-to-SAC Planning and Reporting transformation project. The consultant will focus on defect resolution, business readiness, testing, and go-live stabilization while working closely with business stakeholders and the implementation team.

Key Responsiblities:

• Gather and document business requirements and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
• Analyze SAP BPC planning processes and map them to SAC capabilities.
• Configure, validate, and troubleshoot SAC planning models, stories, dashboards, calculations, allocations, and business rules.
• Support Data Actions, Multi Actions, and calendar-based planning workflows.
• Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis, and coordination with technical teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and business sign-off.
• Validate data integration between SAC, SAP BW/BW4HANA, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Assist with cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Coordinate with business users, implementation partners, and offshore teams.

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in SAP Planning and Analytics.
• 4+ years of hands-on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience.
• Strong experience with SAC Planning Models, Stories, Dashboards, Data Actions, Multi Actions, Allocations, Calendar Processes, and Business Rules.
• Good understanding of SAP BPC planning and reporting processes.
• Knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and driver-based planning.
• Experience with SAP BW/BW4HANA, SAP S/4HANA integration, and data validation.
• Strong defect management, testing, stakeholder communication, and go-live support skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with BPC-to-SAC migration or transformation projects.
• Life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with Predictive Planning and SAC certification.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across onsite and offshore teams.
