Solutions Architect

In this high-impact position, you will convert complex business goals into secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions. As the architectural lead for a critical transformation initiative, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of enterprise integrations-especially those involving Salesforce and AI-driven capabilities., Design and lead conceptual architecture to deliver strategic business objectives for enterprise-scale projects

• Collaborate closely with Product, Delivery, Architecture, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable technology blueprints
• Guide the integration of Salesforce (Sales, Service, Agentforce) and related platform/data components (Customer 360, Data 360) into enterprise solutions
• Evaluate, incorporate, and optimize AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise security, governance, risk, and operational controls
• Identify architectural risks, dependencies, and constraints; recommend practical mitigation strategies to leadership
• Develop and refine architecture roadmaps, standards, patterns, and documentation to support organizational objectives
• Mentor and support colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and delivery-focused culture
• Analyze current technologies and propose improvements to enhance business processes, automation, and efficiency
• Promote enterprise technology principles and best practices across teams

Working knowledge of Salesforce’s major functional and architectural components (Sales, Service, Agentforce, Customer 360, Data 360, Apex, Lightning Web Components, standard/custom objects)

• Demonstrated experience designing solutions spanning cloud and SaaS platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS preferred)
• Solid background in evaluating and integrating AI solutions into enterprise architectures
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools for architecture analysis, documentation, and governance (preferred)
• Strong understanding of system security best practices
• Proven experience in software engineering and architecture design across diverse technical environments
• Track record of effective collaboration in Agile environments

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in banking or financial services transformation initiatives
