Social Media Specialist - Remote Work

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to support the planning, creation, and management of content across our social media channels. You will play a key role in growing our online presence, engaging our audiences, and translating brand messaging into compelling social content.

What You’ll Do:

Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook.

Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.

Assist in developing content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand priorities.

Analyze post performance and compile regular reports with insights and optimization recommendations.

Support community engagement initiatives by identifying conversations and opportunities for brand participation.

Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

3+ years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.

Hands-on experience managing business profiles across major social media platforms.

Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams.
