Business Intelligence Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer for a top retail & technology client. This candidate will support a North American business unit focused on expanding the organization’s physical presence across the country. The Business Intelligence Engineer will maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot existing architecture, manage dashboards, review code and pipelines, and own data migration initiatives across multiple tools. The ideal candidate brings strong BI experience, cloud exposure, ETL/data processing knowledge, and familiarity with Python or Java, with an opportunity to contribute to AI and Machine Learning initiatives

Day-to-Day:

• Maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within existing architecture
• Manage BI dashboards
• Review pipelines and code
• Support ETL pipelines and data processing
• Own projects migrating data between various tools/platforms
• Work with cloud technologies such as AWS
• Support technology initiatives involving AI and Machine Learning
• Help enable a North American business unit focused on expanding its physical presence

• 3+ years of Business Intelligence experience
• Proficiency managing CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with AWS or another cloud platform
• Exposure to Python or Java
• Experience with ETL pipelines and data processing
• Ability to review pipelines and code

Plusses:

• Machine Learning experience, specifically forecasting models
• Bachelor’s degree
