Excel and Data Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate who enjoys working with numbers, spreadsheets, and solving business problems through data.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and organize large Excel spreadsheets.Build reports and dashboards using Excel.Identify trends, errors, and opportunities within data.Use advanced Excel functions, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis tools.Ensure data accuracy and maintain organized records.Work closely with management to support business decisions through data analysis.Perform ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed.QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field).Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly.Excellent communication skills.Compensation & BenefitsFull-time position$80,000 annual salaryCareer growth opportunitiesHands-on training and mentorshipIdeal opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to launch a career in business analytics and operations
