UX Lead Designer

What You’ll Do: * Champion User-Centered Design: Be a vocal advocate for the user experience, ensuring that usability and intuitiveness are at the core of every design decision. * Drive End-to-End Design Process: Own the design process from research and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and final implementation, ensuring consistency and a cohesive user journey across Lineaje’s platform. * Collaborate with Product and Engineering: Partner closely with product managers and engineers to translate product requirements and technical constraints into elegant and user-friendly solutions. * Craft Intuitive Interfaces: Design visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces for Lineaje’s web-based products, simplifying complex security concepts and making them accessible to a diverse user base. * Develop Design System: Establish and maintain a consistent design system, including style guides, component libraries, and interaction patterns to ensure design cohesion and scalability across the platform. * Conduct User Research and Testing: Employ various user research methods to gather insights, understand user needs, and validate design decisions. Lead usability testing to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs.

What We’re Looking For: * Proven Experience: 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a mastery of user-centered design principles and best practices. * Cybersecurity Enthusiast: A genuine interest in the cybersecurity space and the challenges of securing software. Experience designing for developer or technical audiences is a plus. * Strong Visual Design Skills: Exceptional ability to create visually appealing, intuitive, and engaging interfaces that align with Lineaje’s brand identity. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch is essential. * Interaction Design Expertise: Deep understanding of interaction design principles and the ability to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that are easy to navigate and enjoyable to use. * User Research Skills: Experience with user research methods, including interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing. A knack for understanding user needs and translating them into design solutions. * Collaborative Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You thrive in a team environment, work effectively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
