System Administrator | MSP

2+ years of experience working in a technical role within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment (Required). 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Cloud Administration (Azure, O365). Hands-on knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Azure Networking, Azure Storage, and Azure Virtual Machines. Basic experience with firewall deployment and configuration (e.g., SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco Meraki). Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery technologies. Experience using ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate or similar RMM/PSA tools.

With our headquarters located in Brooklyn, NY. We have established ourselves as a trusted provider of comprehensive IT solutions to a diverse clientele. Currently, we support over 300 clients, ranging from small businesses to large enterprises, across various industries. As a System Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the success of our esteemed organization. Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of technology infrastructure projects for small to mid-sized businesses. Support and configure firewalls including rule creation, VPN setup, and basic firewall optimization. Provide administration and troubleshooting for VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms. Participate in and assist with M365 migrations, upgrades, and day-to-day administration. Work closely with senior engineers on client-facing IT projects and support efforts. Ensure reliable backup and disaster recovery solutions are in place and functioning.
