Software Engineer

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom web applications and software solutions for internal and external clients
• Write clean, reliable, and maintainable code using modern development practices with an emphasis on security and design
• Adapt and enhance existing applications for new business needs
• Respond to and resolve software issues independently or in collaboration with team members
• Collaborate with clients, users, and team members to understand needs and develop effective solutions
• Accurately document development activities, solutions, and technical information
• Participate in project planning, testing, code reviews, and implementation of new tools and technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 1-5 years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in C# and .NET web frameworks such as Blazor or MVC
• Proficiency in React or other front-end interface programming frameworks and technologies
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Experience developing, testing, and maintaining software applications
• Familiarity with Agile development practices
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or cloud-based authentication
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Recent graduates with strong internship, project, or related technical experience may also be considered., * Experience with JavaScript, Python, PHP, APIs, or system integrations

• Experience working directly with users or clients to understand business needs
• Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or business systems environments
