AI / ML Engineer

• The engineer will be part of the technical team building a solution that Accelerates the activation of a clinical trial from the time we get a protocol from a sponsor (pharma) to the time we can enroll the first patient.
• The focus of AI/ML Engineers will be building/evaluating/deploying agentic workflows.

Agentic engineering skills including: Python, Google Cloud Platform, Agent/model evaluation, Observability/monitoring, Agent frameworks (preferably Langgraph), Langfuse, Experience Building AI Agents, MCP, RAG including Embedding/Vectorization, Hybrid Search and Reranking, Agentic Question Answering, Experience with Healthcare data, Claude Code)

Equipment will be provided’

Required Education: -Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, mathematics, health science, or a related field AND one (1) year experience. (Escalate for approval if Master’s degree is not in any of the specified fields of study).

OR -Bachelor’s degree with three (3) years of experience.

OR -HS Diploma/GED with Seven (7) years of experience may be considered.
