This role emphasizes production support, infrastructure operations, and system reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesStorage Platform Support* Support NetApp ONTAP, Storage Grid, and Oracle ZFS environments* Monitor storage systems and ensure availabilityOperations & Support* Perform production support and troubleshooting* Work with vendors for issue resolutionMigration & Infrastructure* Support data center migration activities* Assist in infrastructure design and implementationMonitoring & Reporting* Use tools like PowerBI for reporting* Monitor system health and alertsCollaboration* Work with engineering teams and stakeholders* Support Agile project environmentsDocumentation* Maintain documentation and operational proceduresMust-Have Qualifications* 4+ years of Systems / Infrastructure experience* Experience with NetApp ONTAP (Required)* Familiarity with Storage Grid (Required)* Experience with Oracle ZFS (Required)* Strong troubleshooting skills* Experience in production support environmentsPreferred Qualifications* Experience with PowerBI* Experience with ServiceNow* Agile / Scrum / Jira experience* Strong communication skillsCore Competencies* Storage systems* Production support* Troubleshooting* Monitoring & reportingWork Environment* Enterprise infrastructure environment* Storage & operations teams* Hybrid work modelAdditional Requirements* Must be eligible to work in the US* On-call flexibility required
