Staff Software Engineer - Blockchain Infrastructure

10+ years of backend engineering experience (Java preferred, Go also considered) Experience leading small/medium engineering teams and owning system design decisions expertise in either distributed systems, APIs, payments, or blockchain-related systems Strong hands-on experience with cloud, Kubernetes, databases, and production troubleshooting Familiar with DeFi, wallets, gas optimisation, or developer tooling

Nice to have:

Experience with stablecoins, cross-chain systems, or token infrastructure Background in fintech payments, PSP integrations, or on/off-ramp flows
