- Drive program governance, stakeholder communication, risk management, and milestone tracking across multiple parallel workstreams.
- Manage dependencies across upstream HR systems (Workday), SailPoint IdentityIQ, Active Directory, downstream applications, and mainframe environments.
- Oversee design and implementation of direct integration between Workday and SailPoint, eliminating reliance on intermediate data sources.
- Ensure implementation of identity aggregation, correlation, transformation logic, and immutable identity generation within SailPoint.

- Oversee onboarding of applications into SailPoint using standard connectors and frameworks, enabling automated provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Drive adoption of out-of-the-box capabilities for contractor onboarding, self-service access requests, and identity management workflows.
- Ensure enhancement of access management workflows, audit logging, and compliance controls aligned with organisational policies.
- Oversee discovery and analysis of RACF/mainframe security profiles and drive translation into RBAC models aligned with enterprise standards.
- Manage design and implementation of RBAC roles across Active Directory, Cognos, Oracle EBS, and other enterprise systems aligned to mainframe logic.
- Drive replication and validation of mainframe security constructs into SailPoint or target RBAC models.
- Ensure smooth transition of provisioning ownership from mainframe systems to centralised platforms by disabling legacy mechanisms.
- Lead planning and execution of controlled decoupling and production cutover, including validation checkpoints and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Define and drive comprehensive testing strategy including SIT, UAT, and regression testing across all transformation components.
