Business Systems Software as a Service Systems Integration

Job description

You’ll manage and develop business systems consultants while providing the leadership, guidance, and oversight needed to help the team deliver high-quality solutions and support. You’ll partner with Legal Systems leadership on portfolio strategy, priorities, roadmaps, and overall direction. You’ll manage the portfolio and budget day-to-day and ensure strong support models, standards, and best practices are established and consistently followed. You’ll combine people and portfolio leadership with hands-on business systems expertise, allowing you to guide and review complex work, navigate escalations and decisions, and step in to lead initiatives. You’ll also work closely with Corporate Legal leaders, Legal Operations, Legal IT, and vendors to build alignment, navigate competing priorities, and support effective delivery and ongoing operations across the portfolio.
