These technicians will be assigned local deployment sites or travel to active deployment sites and work under the direction of Tiger Team Leads. Each day, the team will attend a morning huddle to review priorities and receive breakout assignments. Technicians will first address priority tasks, then support the receiving, unboxing, palletizing, staging, and organization of equipment while maintaining an efficient and clean work area in accordance with the Inventory Control Workflow. They will assist with morning and evening shift walkthroughs, move empty or populated cabinets into data halls, and perform rack and stack activities according to rack elevations, ensuring all equipment is properly oriented and secured. Technicians will follow build standards, support data hall QA/QC documentation, troubleshoot deployment issues, and promptly escalate blockers to help keep site delivery on schedule. Travel is coordinated through the Tiger Team Project Coordinator and may vary depending on deployment needs and technician availability. Each day candidate is expected to be onsite and ready to begin by 8:00 a.m. each Monday.
