As we continue to grow through our Go-Global initiative and strategic partnerships, we are looking for talented individuals to join us in shaping the future of regulatory compliance and delivering innovative solutions to our clients. We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen our technical foundation and support the reliability and scalability of our SaaS environment. Your Impact: In this role, you will take ownership of the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our DevOps infrastructure. You will ensure the stability, performance, and security of our systems and play a key part in enabling efficient development and deployment processes across the organization. Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, operate, and optimize Kubernetes clusters (k3s) with a strong focus on availability, scalability, and security.
  • Manage and monitor Linux-based environments and virtualized infrastructure using Proxmox.
  • Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies with Kasten and Velero.
  • Support and optimize database operations across MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, Helm, and Azure DevOps.
  • Ensure effective application and infrastructure monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and Kibana.
  • Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient deployment of new features.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure engineering role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes (k3s or k8s), Linux administration, and virtualization (Proxmox).
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipeline development, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code.
  • Experience with backup solutions (Kasten, Velero) and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic Stack.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset, combined with a structured and organized way of working.
  • Self-driven, responsible, and proactive with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively in English, both written and spoken.
  • Fluent German would be an advantage.
  • We can only consider applications of applicants from the European Union, Blue Card (issued by Austria) or Red White Red Card holders at this time.
