Technology Services Lead - Manager / Director

We are looking for a senior Technology Services Lead to lead technology transformation initiatives and the evolution of IT services for strategic clients. Key responsibilities

• Lead technology transformation and IT services initiatives.
• Define technology strategies, service models and value propositions aligned with client needs.
• Act as a senior interlocutor with business and technology stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities related to technology services.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Cloud, Data, AI, Applications, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Operations.
• Develop proposals, business cases, technology roadmaps and executive presentations.
• Drive innovation and adoption of Generative AI and emerging technologies., * High-impact technology transformation projects.
• Exposure to senior business and technology leaders.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, IT services or technology transformation.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Cloud, Data, AI, Applications, Infrastructure or Cybersecurity.
• Experience in pre-sales, business development, technology proposals or managed services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and executive presentation skills.
• English C1.
• Residence and work authorization in Spain required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a global consulting firm, systems integrator or IT services company.
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, SAP, Salesforce or Oracle.
• Experience in managed services, application modernization or Cloud/Data/AI transformation.
• Experience using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude.
