Erste Ansprechperson bei User-Fragen zum ERP-System Beurteilung der Machbarkeit von Benutzeranforderungen sowie gemeinsame Lösungsfindung Implementierung und Optimierung sowie laufende Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Systeme Unterstützung bei Funktionstests, Fehleranalysen und -korrekturen sowie Trainings
Requirements
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik Erste Kenntnisse im ERP-Umfeld wünschenswert Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen und SAP Beraterkompetenz und hohe Serviceorientierung sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
