Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

As part of a global SAP SuccessFactors team, you will play a key role in designing and building new SAP Employee Central & Time processes.

This role combines hands-on configuration, solution design, and technical solution architeture.

• Lead the implementation of new SAP SuccessFactors processes and modules
• Take full technical responsibility for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Time modules
• Assist the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with BTP, HCM and SAC
• Help with solution architecture and providing technical leadership
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and plans
• Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users

• 3+ years experience with SAP SuccessFactors (EC)
• Strong understanding of HR processes
• Languages - fluent German
