Requirements

• eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT Umfeld, beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation beziehungsweise Erfahrung
• technische Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise gesammelt im Vor Ort Service, User Support oder im 1st oder 2nd Level Support, sei es Remote oder Onsite
• Erfahrung im Workplace Service mit Geräten wie PCs, Notebooks, Monitoren und idealerweise iPhones
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einem Ticketsystem von Vorteil
• Führerschein Klasse B
• gute Deutschkenntnisse
