Technical Product Owner

Client is seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead Product Owner to support software product development, maintenance, and customer-facing solutions. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, support teams, and software development teams to drive product enhancements, resolve technical issues, and deliver business value., · Partner with software development teams, customers, and field support teams to identify, track, and resolve product issues.

· Gather, document, and prioritize software enhancements, defect resolutions, and change requests.

· Coordinate product development activities, including design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

· Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

· Lead backlog management, user story creation, and prioritization activities.

· Support software change request management and software problem resolution efforts.

· Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and validation.

· Collaborate with engineering teams on API integrations, software product improvements, and cloud-based solutions.

· Provide guidance on product integration, infrastructure issues, and software adoption.

· Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve product functionality and user experience., · New headcount supporting a growing organization.

· High visibility role interacting with customers, field support teams, software engineering teams, and business stakeholders.

· 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Ownership, or related technical roles.

· 6+ years of experience as a Lead Product Owner.

· Previous hands-on software development experience before moving into Product Management/Product Ownership.

· Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
