Insider Threat Program UAM Engineer

We are currently seeking a User Activity Monitor (UAM) Engineer to support the hosted infrastructure of a vital safety and security program. The successful candidate will utilize advanced analytics, monitoring, and data correlation to safeguard the enterprise mission. This position requires regular, hands-on technical support and system maintenance within a secure environment., * Support the User Activity Monitor software solution, executing updates, changes, deployments, and other sustainment activities.

• Perform regular maintenance activities to ensure proper system functionality and enterprise deployment.
• Identify and resolve coverage gaps across the network.
• Assist program analysts with requests for new configurations, data feeds, and specific tool updates.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to capture the configuration baseline accurately.
• Provide training to stakeholders on tool usage and assist in maintaining certification programs for personnel development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree will also be considered.
• 8+ years of prior relevant professional experience, or a Master’s degree with 6 years of experience.
• Must possess supervising or team leadership experience, alongside recent hands-on technical support and coding experience within a UAM platform. Candidates transitioning from management must have performed hands-on technical work within the last 2 years.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with EverFox or similar user activity monitoring products and platforms.
• Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, with proven experience developing technical documents, reports, and briefings for stakeholders., * Master’s degree in IT Management, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery management.
• Advanced experience with Everfox or similar high-speed guard platforms.

Candidates must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense Top Secret clearance as a condition and continuation of employment.
