Solutions Architect - Oracle HCM

We’re looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to support a major transformation programme in the public sector. The successful candidate must either hold a current SC, or be eligible to be cleared. You will work as part of a multi-skilled team, and will be responsible for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders across a complex public sector org.

You’ll be responsible for shaping end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions, producing high-quality architecture documentation, supporting governance activities, and providing technical leadership across cloud-based deployments. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and working within secure, regulated environments is highly desirable.

• Oracle HCM solution architecture experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Secure by Design and architecture governance experience
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
