- Betreuung und Wartung der Soft- und Hardware
- Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme und Implementierung neuer Infrastrukturen
- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen aus den Fachbereichen
- Troubleshooting und Fehleranalyse bei Netzwerkproblemen
- Kostenplanung von Geräte- und Montagekosten
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Systemadministration von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse rund um den Betrieb von WAN-, LAN- und WLAN-Infrastrukturen sowie Routing und Firewall Management wünschenswert
- Eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
