Eigenständige Administration und Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende bei auftretenden Hard- und Softwareproblemen Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern sowie die Dokumentation der Vorgehensweise Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Prozesse
Requirements
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Informatik Erste Berufserfahrung in der IT Administration Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows-Clientbetriebssystemen sowie dem MS Office-Paket Dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit
