AI SOFTWARE ENGINEER

We are seeking an AI Software Engineer with hands-on experience in software development, Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

The ideal candidate will have professional programming experience in at least one of the following languages: C#, Python, or Java. Candidates should demonstrate practical experience developing AI-powered applications, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills when collaborating with business stakeholders., * Artificial Intelligence (AI)

• Business Stakeholder Communication, * 2-4 years of professional experience in an enterprise or startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Direct hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Active, established LinkedIn profile with a profile picture; recently created profiles are not accepted.
• Local candidates only, able to work onsite two days per week in Holmdel, NJ or Jersey City, NJ. W-2 engagement; confirm applicable work authorization requirements before submission.
