Full Stack Software Engineer

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications that support mission operations and analytic workflows

• Apply dataflow expertise to improve development processes and streamline mission workflows
• Expand existing workflow automation efforts to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
• Collaborate directly with analysts, operators, developers, and customers to identify requirements and deliver practical solutions
• Develop and refine solutions through iterative development and fast-paced CI/CD workflows
• Gather and incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve application functionality and project outcomes

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)

• 8 years of experience in Software Engineering
• Extensive experience with full-stack software development, particularly web application development
• Experience working with relational databases
• Experience with customer cross-domain solutions
• Experience soliciting, evaluating, and incorporating customer feedback
• Experience developing software in Linux environments
• Experience with the Atlassian Suite, including Jira and Confluence
• Experience with AI-assisted development

Salary range: $165,000 - $209,000 Disclaimer: Salary for this position, along with additional compensation options, will be determined on an individual basis following the interview process, considering various factors such as years of experience, skills, education/certifications, contract specifications, market conditions, etc.
