Manual Application Software Tester

• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts from business and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases and scripts to support regression and continuous testing.
• Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
• Participate actively in Agile processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear acceptance criteria and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring proper resolution and validation.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Conduct data validation and support system integration testing across enterprise applications.
• Assist with test environment setup, test data management, and release validation.
• Prioritize and manage assigned testing tasks to consistently meet project deadlines.
• Continuously analyze processes to identify testing gaps and propose quality improvements.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.

• Proven experience in software testing, including manual and automated approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain automated test cases and scripts.
• Proficient with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• In-depth understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
• Effective communicator across technical and business teams.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration and related tools.
• Familiarity with API testing tools.
• Exposure to performance or load testing tools.
• Experience supporting cloud-based applications, especially in Microsoft Azure.
